I had a bit of digestive issues with this… but I have had less muscle cramps from running while taking it. Im hoping side effects were unrelated, who knows. Still working though so I’m gonna stick with it.

This magnesium complex has really helped better than I could have imagined. I do not like taking large capsules but these seemed to be OK to take, and it didnt have any bad aftertaste or anything. I have noticed an improvement in my joints and am definitely sleeping better. Would reccomend!
