Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions per products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  We strive to ship most orders within 1 business day but sometimes it may take longer.  If there is any sort of delay regarding your order we will always notify you promptly.

We work hard to make sure our product and shipping prices are as competitive as possible.  Almost every order we ship qualifies for our flat rate $4.99 or free shipping.  Because of this, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  You will want to contact the carrier directly regarding any issues receiving your package.  We strive to ensure we ship everything in a safe and responsible manner, what the carrier does with it once it leaves our warehouse is out of our control.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the additional cost to re-ship the items to you.

If you would like, we offer package insurance for an additional fee.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of when you receive your items.  Only items are that unopened and in their original packaging are eligible to be returned.  If you would like to return an item or have more questions, please contact us.

If your product has a money back guarantee on it and you were not satisfied, please contact us and we would be happy to work with you and resolve any issues you may have had.
